  • We do our best to accurately show each product through photos and descriptions. However, slight differences in texture, stitching, or print placement may occur. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to reach out!

  • Every bag is carefully handcrafted in small batches using quality materials like faux leather, waterproof canvas, and cotton. I sew each piece myself with attention to durability, comfort, and detail.

  • At this time, I do not offer custom orders. However, if you’re looking for something specific or have a question about an item, feel free to reach out — I may have something in the works that fits your vision!

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept secure online payments. All transactions are encrypted and protected for your safety.

  • We offer flat rate shipping of $10.95 within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska & Hawaii).

    USPS and UPS shipping options are available for all locations. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • Orders are processed in 3–5 business days and shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days transit time). You’ll receive tracking once your package ships.

  • Absolutely! We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The flat rate of $10.95 applies. Delivery times may vary depending on military processing and destination.

  • I currently only ship within the U.S. and to military addresses. If you're outside the U.S., feel free to reach out — I’m happy to explore options.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
